The Essays

Based on the oral history interviews they conducted, each Public History Practicum student developed a research essay on an historical topic of their choice.  These topics range from social class to architectural design and from the Boy Scouts to the sale of Greenhills. The archives of the Greenhills Historical Society and the Greenhills High School Alumni Room were especially helpful to the students in compiling their research. Students and faculty would like to thank Patrick Kerin, Doug Koller, Paul Richardson, Jackie Seymour, Wendell Fisher, Bobbe Kugele, and Roger Petering for their research assistance.
